Did not get service I asked for and was promised

I found the owner as well as his the two employees that cleaned my house courteous, pleasant, attentive and I was comfortable with them. Joe showed up the first day to introduce his employees and show them what needed to be done. I have only used them once but they will be coming back next week, as I requested a once a week service. I hope that I will have them for many many years to come. **Addendum: Unfortunately I wrote this review too soon. They were very good the first time as I was also here. From there it went downhill with them skipping cleaning certain appliances, cleaned windows that had already been cleaned by a professional service and now it looks like they cleaned the windows with a dirty rag as there are streaks everywhere. They also did not do a thorough job of cleaning the floors this last time. I had no choice but to discontinue using their service.**

Background checks on employees coming into a home is the most important issue to my family. Communication between the owner & our family was understood & handled very professional. The owner of this franchise understood our concerns. The staff did exactly what was expected & very courteous.

My experience so far has been excellent. I met with the owner, Patti, and she very quickly assessed my home and gave me a fair price. Right on time (a few mins early, actually) her employee showed up the following week. She was courteous and got right to work. When I came home, the house was sparkling clean. I love it.

Daniella is WONDERFUL! She does a great job cleaning and looks around to see what needs doing (instead of just the basics like some people do). She also takes an extra step to make cute shapes out of my daughter's bath towel or arrange her toys in such a way that makes her laugh! That kind of extra effort is rare and truly appreciated!
