All I can legally say is - if you are /or are not a FLA residence. Before you make any offers, make sure you do your own research for property taxes and any assessments on the property. Make sure you receive a complete email contract EACH time there are any changes ( not just the pages needed to be addressed). This is where mistakes are made
A lawyer is optional in this state for realestate transactions. I ended up hiring a Fla lawyer to take over the closing. ( in FLA the Realestate agent and the Title companies handle closings) He was worth every penny!!!!!! We did fly back for the closing, which was a good thing as there were other developments that had to be attended to.
We wanted the home and we enjoy the community, We do not look back.
Everyone has the right to choose who they want to represent them in a Realestate transcation
