There is a 1/4" gap between a counter and the tile which should have been filled in with grout and was never done. Microwave placed much too low over stove: we wanted the cabinet above stove replaced with one smaller and the microwave placed in then. repeated phone calls and messages were ignored. we will do the grout work ourselves and had to get another contractor to finish the above stove cabinet and microwave.

They showed up on time each day, did a very professional job and cleaned up before they left. We had a very positive experience.

When he  remodel my house the project went well- when there was a hiccup he fixed or had his crew fix promptly. He was on time and only slightly over budget- mostly because of our changes with the project.

The medical clinic build out was a complete start to finish. Job went well again, easy to contact him and showed up even after hours and weekend when we needed  to review items. Overall very satisfied and he will do any and all future projects for me both at home and in business.

Paz Construction is a family construction company led by father, Julio, and son, Mario. I had heard of their services from a friend and neighbor who had his entire house remodeled. I loved his new and improved home so I decided to give them a call. They where very prompt in their timing and extremely nice and helpful! Julio definitely knows what he is talking about! I wanted an open floor plan because my house had too many hallways and not enough kitchen space. They came to my house several times to discuss what needed to be done and to show me the drawings of what it would look like! Finally we reached an agreement and they began to work on the permit process. They were very professional and assured that everything will be done within our time frame. I had to leave because of all the debris but I visited the house as often as possible and always saw either Julio or Mario there making sure everything was getting done. The entire renovation took about six weeks but ended up beautifully! I can honestly say that I have used other contractors for other houses and Paz Construction was the most willing to listen to what I wanted and they almost always made it happen! From beginning to end they seemed to be on top of everything! I would highly recommend this to any one who needs any type of remodeling service.
