We had a problem and Laura's response gets her an A from us. We first saw the table on the floor and bought one. I think Patio People's prices are very good. We then went on vacation. Laura gave us 2 or 3 options for delivery when the table came in. We decided to have it delivered when we returned from our trip. It was, and it was defective. Very obvious to see, but it comes right from their warehouse so Laura did not see it. Delivery man did when he set it up and so did I. I took a picture and emailed it to Laura . She called a few days later to say she had already ordered a new table.and apologized for the problem. New table, which is perfect, came earlier than time quoted. These people are a pleasure to do business with..

Went back to get more furniture from them and service was just as wonderful as the first time. Trust them entirely and very happy to have found this store.
