I recently used Overdoors of Florida to replace my old garage door, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Everything went smoothly and professionally, from the initial quote to the final installation. But what truly impressed me was Rich. He was incredibly knowledgeable about garage doors and incredibly respectful and kind. He took the time to explain all the options available to me, patiently answering all my questions. He ensured I understood the entire process and helped me choose the perfect door for my needs.

I was ripped off by Richard Thackston of Overdoors of Florida, Inc. I built a 7,000 sq ft home and ordered two garage doors from him. In December, he installed the doors themselves without the springs or mechanisms and took $15,000.00 from me. I later found out that the doors with the springs and openers only cost him $7,500 total! He was supposed to come back in January to finish the install with the heavy duty openers and when I called him he began screaming at me and demanded that I pay the balance up front ( $7,500 ) before he comes. When I told him that I would pay the balance the moment he arrived to perform the install he told me "Yeah Right! I'm Out, and he hasn't been heard from since. I then called Speedy Garage Doors and they came out within 30 minutes and explained to me that they could have supplied and installed the same doors, with the openers for the $15,000.00 that I paid this Richard Clown! I went on to hire Speedy Garage Doors for $4,600 to install the springs, openers and all other parts needed. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! THIS RICHARD THACKSTON is a rude, crude, ripoff artist who will stop at nothing to rip someone off! BE GUIDED ACCORDINGLY!

Over price by 100%. Comparing it to Angieslist suggested price range. Service was good but price was ridiculous.

Quick response time, replaced springs; repairs completed. Prompt; professional service, would use again.

First tech discovered that first garage door service had incorrectly fixed the tracks, and resolved the heavy clunking noise. We were unable to get the door to stop mid-track after the repair. Cost of service call - $95. A few days later the garage door started stopping mid track again. The senior tech came out and patiently kept opening and closing the door for about 15-20 minutes until the door began stopping mid track. He realized it wasn't one of the usual problems, took the casing off the opener and realized the circuit board was cracked down the middle. Our choice was $180 for a new circuit board, or $424 for a new opener. After discussing with Rich and researching online, decided to go with the new opener. Rich and crew were out the next day to install the new garage door. It was done in 30 minutes, and we couldn't be happier.

The service was timely and efficient. We were very happy with their service.

It went great - I put an N/A in the rating for and quot;Priceand quot; only because we didn't shop around too much. We were moving in and needed it fixed. They were professional, polite and prompt. That's all we asked for!

They responded quickly and professionally. They recommended a larger motor to handle our heavier hurricane impact door and pointed that the original overhead door company had not secured all the bolts. Would use them again.

I recommend this outfit without hesitation.

Overdoors has easy availability even after hours. They are efficient and precise.

When I called for service, the technician happened to already be in my area, and was here n less than an hour. He was here for about 15 minutes and my garage door is operating like new again. This is the same company that installed the door about 6 years ago. I have also used them at my mother's home and she is also happy with them.
