 + -1 moreI had to pay for replacement of broken items and electricity for AC left at 60 degrees.
Description of Work: Failed to sell property. Allowed door handle to be broken, never responded to invoice requesting payment. Not a good experience, would NOT recommend.

 + -1 moreWe hired Oscar Velez at the beginning of June. He showed our home continually, drumming up business when there was none. He kept in touch and we negotiated by telephone when he found a buyer as we were up in Michigan at the time. He even found us a cash buyer who wanted possession this month. Couldn't ask for more.
Description of Work: Sold our home in 3 months, despite such a bad real estate market in September, 2007. He worked day and night to put a deal together.
