Great job..

THEY ARE THE WORST. Mixed up our two accounts on several occasions. Can't reach them. They do not return calls. I cancelled my service 2 months ago and I am still waiting for my refund check (which they said was being processed immediately). There are others services out there which do a better job and are easier to deal with when you are having problems. DO NOT USE ORKIN if you value your time and sanity.

I have use Orkin for nearly 10 years. My technician is Bob G. and I would not have anyone else in my home. He is very professional, timely and thorough. Wonderful service!

They do a very good job, they were effective and reliable. I think they have done a very good job for me and I don't have any complaints for them at all.

They are reliable and get the job done.

It was more a case of reinstituting an existing account. Every third month we have a different technician so we had to explain things all over again. We ended up not using bug services for a while because we got to the point where they were different service people every time. We had the same guy for a long time. I like that they knew us, they knew our issues and they were able to deal with some. They are very conscious about the chemical for you. I haven't called them anytime recently on any issues.

They did good. We used to have them earlier and we didn't have bugs in a while and now we needed it again. We felt that their price was the best and the service was the same and that is why we went with them. I don't have a whole lot of things to compare it to but they are very good.
