ONE STOP LANDSCAPING

Great. Exactly what we wanted, and they cleaned up so you couldn't tell workers had been there.

The job was done efficiently and was good quality.

I really liked the design he came up with. I would not use them again because they have to do the installation then too and the installation is sloppy.

They did a landscape design and then they installed it. I really liked the design that he did but the guy that owns the company, he didn't do the installation and so they were really careless when they put stuff in. I would not use them again for installation because of how sloppy they were. They didn't cover the trees so a couple of them fell over so they had to come back out. They had to enlarge one of the islands and they didn't take the grass out before they put the plants in.

In a word, "Excellent"; I mean really good.....the owner who is hands on when need be has an excellent crew who not only works hard, but they really know what they are doing....I know this because I am not without some knowledge in what it means to manage a project, and I am somewhat knoweldegeable about plants.
The initial interview went well, and he asked for our ideas on color and plants and his enthusiasm and insight into how to get things done (clear existing plants, pare down hight shrubs, etc.) was evident. The plan itself was hand drawn and difficult to read., but a bit of perseverance (i.e. reading his hand drawn plan carefully) paid off big, because this guy knows plants and he has a vision.  And all through the process he elicited our ongoing ideas and buy in to his ideas before going forward.  He was superb at blending his vision with outr specific ideas, and implemented it very well.  Changes along the way did not frustrate him, and additional charges were minimal and always added value. He was equally fair in reducing the charges when he did not use the materials.   All through the process we walked through things and either agreed or not so there were no surprises at the end.
All of this could have been much more (Iwe know because we got 4 bids), and from what I've seen of the others' projects (that is, their references) achieved much less.

After meeting with other contractors, Rovy was the only person that I would entrust with such a huge undertaking. The oak tree in question was huge, with branches that extended over roof lines and any miscalculation could have resulted in extreme damage to surrounding structures/fencing.
Rovy and his team were unbelievably professional and so impressive in all areas, and the undertaking went without a hitch. The workmen were extremely helpful and left the area clear of debris.
I cannot praise Rovy highly enough. I would hire him without question for any landscaping, or yard work, and additionally his pricing was considerably more reasonable than other contractors.
His wife Debbie works in the office and she is a delight to deal with.

They did a great job from start to finish. I wish I could continue to use them, but they told me they weren't servicing my development anymore so I am out looking for a new landscaping service.

I was given the name of this landscaper from one of the nursery's we were visiting to check out plants. When I called I spoke with Debbie and gave her a brief explanation of what we were intending to do. She set up an appointment for Rovvy to come to our house to discuss our project. We had other landscapers look at our property but Rovvy was exceptional in the fact that he was able to save a lot of the existing plantings and develop a plan to compliment what we already had. Since we were to new to Florida having moved from Northern VA we were not familiar with many of the plants Rovvy was suggesting for the landscaping plan. He took time to explain the benefits of the plantings in terms of watering and sun or shade tolerance and how the plantings would blend to enhance what we were trying to accomplish. He had extensive pictures of all types of plantings on his computer which made the decision process that much easier. He not only was able to give us suggestions on what we were trying to accomplish but was able to add simple ideas that made the final plan truly outstanding. What was equally as impressive as his final landscaping plan was his continually looking for the most cost effective way to handle the project. Some plantings were relocated rather than purchasing new ones. Some of what we were trying to do with the landscaping was accomplish in a much more cost effective way by going with Rovvy's suggestions. Because of this he was able to bring in the cost of our landscaping at a much more reasonable cost than the others. We were also able to add on a few extras to the original plan.
Both Debbie and Rovvy were extremely responsive to any questions we had during the entire process. The crew from One Stop Landscaping arrived right on time and did an exceptional job in carrying out the plan. They were here for several days and were very helpful in making small adjustments when needed. After all the work was completed Rovvy came to do a walk through of the entire project to make sure we were completely satisfied. We were!
This is a great company to work with and I highly recommend them for their outstanding customer service and extraordinary attention to detail.

See above, everything was on schedule, price was very fair, work was very professional cleanup was complete to the last leaf.I would recommend this company to all.

We've kept them because we know they can and will do whatever we need when we need it.

I had company coming for easter week and wanted to dress up the front landscaping. They discussed with me what had to be done, I agreed and they completed the work as agreed. They also removed the old mulch and replaced it with new. I was very happy with the work they did.

Since the above work was done, I have had One Stop take down a large oak tree in my back yard, and replace it with his recommendation, a Jatropha which will bloom all year long and is not a "dirty" tree. Rovy has added a better design element to his work by using an ipad to picture and plan the work. His office person--Debbie-- is very pleasant and provides scheduling and billing services.
I have recommended One Stop to several friends and neighbors, who have used him with great results.

They are punctual. They clean up after themselves. They show up when they say they are going to show up. They did well. They are going to be doing the front yard too.
