We focus mostly on bathroom remodeling, including bath to shower conversion, as well as kitchen remodeling, amongst many other renovation projects. At NOWA Construction we offer remodeling expertise that has a superb reputation with our customers, which is why we run mostly on referrals. NOWA Construction was efficient and very professional. My residence went from a 40 year old modest apartment to a modern, clean and beautiful home. His crew handled every aspect of a remodel from plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and air conditioning. All previous materials were removed and the entire condo was cleaned and fresh. In addition, NOWA communicated every detail professionally and in a timely manner. Thank you

The job was never completed. The floor installation was poorly done. The floor is uneven and needs to be redone. Cabinets were installed improperly Willian was given the specs for appliances and new appliances do not fit any GFIs installed near sinks. No 220 outlet was installed for the stove. He charged 1000 cash for a new door that was never delivered or installed. I would not recommend.

I would hire them again. They went above and beyond. They were very sharp, and up to date with the latest looks, and what worked best. I really liked the fact that they did not waste any flooring, trim or anything else. Very Thoughtful, tidy and professional!

Hired William to repair a damaged (and poorly installed) shower wall. Ultimately he also removed and repaired the shower and counter top soffits and replaced the tile floor. We were extremely pleased by William and his crews work and the bathroom looks terrific! The best compliment we can give is that we plan on using him again for another bathroom renovation.

William Nunez did an outstanding job on our kitchen renovation! Easy to work with, very prompt, considerate of our needing a kitchen while he worked. The quality of the material and the craftsmanship in the finished job was second to none. We were pleasantly surprised. William, Hernando, and Rolando removed the old tile on our lanai which had erupted due to poor workmanship and materials and replaced the tile with better latex glue. They were very courteous, prompt, and efficient. We will be having them do more projects in the future. Also there work was very clean with very little dust or debris. Marilyn K.

We had William do a bathroom remodel for us and we were very pleased. He put in the floor and some decorative tile in the shower. He was always very prompt and his workmanship was excellent. In addition he cleaned up after himself which was very important to me. I would highly recommend using William and when the need arises we will use his services again.
