Six seat cushions were ok. Arm Chairs? OMG. I took them home and found that the material was unraveling around the cording--they had skimped on the chair backs and left glue all over the legs and arms. I called and told them, they immediately said, "oh yes, we will make them good. Please bring in the chairs again and any extra material." Ok, I did.
Showed them what was wrong. No problem, said Tomas, the owner. In two weeks they called and I went back.
No corrections. He told me they made all new cording (possible), but the loose threads in the uncovered portions were still there.
He told me he had to leave, just leave the chairs and he'll see what he could do. No word for 2 weeks. at 18days I called back, but, it was Friday of Labor Day weekend, so I wasn't angry or surprised to not get an answer.
On the following Tuesdays, I received a lovely call from Chachi (she is nice) saying the chairs were ready. We couldn't get them till Friday (need my husband's car, he was out of town). Walked in, there are the two chairs, covered in plastic. I checked, but it really didn't matter, because we weren't going to leave them again. No one came to show us what they did. We carried them out while Chachi, eating her lunch, said goodby.

I had no problem with them understanding I want the 3 labels affixed back on the chair. They also had my old foam to give me so I could see they put new foam in. The front desk lady was obviously very receptive to my concerns that I wanted new foam, so that is her way of showing me and I LOVE THAT!! Exceeded my expectations with that. The end product looks real good. Will definitely use them in the future as my first stop
It was a quick turnaround as well as it was ready the next day.

Amazing job re-upholstering some bar stools I purchased. They were lime green when I got them and North Naples Upholstery re-did them in leather and hair on hide with nail head finish. Perfect and exceeded my expectations. Also a considerably better price than almost all of the other shops I contacted. Wonderful people to work with.
