Now the old laptop lets me sign on and works like it did before. I was able to transfer all my pictures and other info to an external hard drive I had just bought.
The laptop was worn out and needed to be replaced. Bill told me to call him Sunday am after he looked at the ads in the paper. I did and he recommended a new laptop that is exactly what I want. It was on sale for over $150 off the published price and a very good deal. Now that he fixed the problems with Windows 8, it also works great. HE DESERVES MORE THAN 5 STARS FOR HIS WORK!!

My hard drive was failing. He was available the same day and the work was done that night.

Bill has repaired my computer(s) several times. Recently I called him with a problem and he actually took the time to talk me through the issues and resolved the malfunction over the phone. No charge! Now that's a good provider. When Bill repaired my computers his price has always been reasonable and the service was performed in a timely fashion.
I can't recommend North Naples Computer more highly than to say I'd never go anywhere else.

I have a Dell XPS 8100 desktop computer that has had intermittent video problems since it was new. I attempted to get help on a couple of occasions from Dell tech support but was never able to get the problem correctly diagnosed and serviced. Recently, the problem progressed to such a degree that the computer became very unpredictable as to when it would lose video. It became impossible to do various tasks because of this unpredictability. I selected North Naples Computers from the reviews shown on Angie's List. Bill D'Antuona, the owner, was very thorough in questioning me as to what the problem's characteristics were. Ultimately, the problem required that I take the computer into his shop and leave it for him to investigate. After running a series of tests over a few days, he concluded the problem was the video card. Bottom-line is he replaced the card and everything has been working beautifully ever sense. Why Dell techs couldn't figure this out is beyond me. Any future computer issues will be immediately referred to North Naples Computers for resolution.

He did a good job on the computer work. I did have to make contact several times on when to drop off and when to pick up the computer after service. He never called to let me know that the service was completed.

I was delighted with the price and quick efficient service.

He answered my question free of charge. He is very professional and has very quick service. I have a good feeling that he is very qualified.

He charged me zero and it was my first and only call to him. He was able to get my printer to print by telling me what to do. My former tech was too busy for the past 5 days to help. I will use Mr D'Antuono again and refer my friends. My other tech emailed me instructions but he was not correct in diagnosing the problem

Bill was busy but fit me into his schedule. He fixed the sound within minutes. Bill personalized the computer so that the screen looked the way I like it. When he began to work on the router he told me that it was an old router and suggested that I replace it. Then Bill spent a little more time and updated the router and secured it.
