We decided to replace old unit (since it is not being made anymore) with a new Beam motor - which he conveniently had on his truck. Finished the job in less than 45 minutes. Very professional and cleaned up after while testing the new suction.

Jerry was super friendly and helpful showing me a particular filter I didn't even know about! The vacuum works wonderfully and we were able to pick it up the following day. Great service and 3 month warranty. Highly recommend.

Owner was very nice and knowledgeable. A little on the pricy side for repairs but I believe that was due to the make of the vacuum. I decided not to repair the vacuum. He told me it would be ready for pick up and when I got there it was not ready. I would still recommend his service and would use him again.

They set my expectations high, and met them. Very happy with their services. We did not live where the service was performed, so I haven't spent much time with him, but he was always kind, professional, and good natured. We would certainly recommend his services.

We contacted the vendor, they scheduled an in house visit the next morning. They were on time, serviced the unit and explained what we could do to do maintenance on the unit ourselves. The unit operates correctly now.
