NAPLES PET SALON

This is a wonderful pet salon. They did a marvelous job on our little Yorkie puppy. The owner was very patient with her. She doesn't like being brushed or fussed with and the owner stretched the entire first grooming for our baby over most of a day, She looked great when we picked her up. The only issue I really have is the price. The regular price for the grooming was around $115 +/-. They gave me a 20% discount since it was the first grooming. That was still around $83. We have never paid more than around $50 for grooming our prior Yorkie (who we had to put down last year), even when he was very matted. I would love to be able to use this groomer all the time, but it's just not in our budget, unfortunately. If the cost of grooming your dog is not limited to a strict budget, I would strongly recommend you take your dog(s) here. They are lovely warm people, who treat your baby like their baby.

Yes, there are services out there for less, as seniors a fixed income is a challenge to manage, this aside the grooming has been
done very well with only a rare occasional re-do. When the Maltese are boarded they are monitored and kept healthy and happy.
We find Kim and her staff easy to do business with and will continue to use Naples Pet Salon.

HORRIFIED AND INSULTED!!!
While I was initially impressed with grooming services I WAS HORRIFIED when I picked up my Grand Champion
bred Papillion last week and found that the groomer TOTALLY SHAVED HER BEAUTIFUL LONG HAIR. My instructions were clear!!! Never cut her ears or tail and just trim her skirt. MY DOG WAS IN A STATE OF SHOCK as she
had never been buzz cut before and hid under the furniture once home.
I was even more horrified when I spoke to the owner, Kim Marcus and she had the nerve to insist that this is how my dog had been groomed in the past. To imply Ido not know the history of my dog's grooming is insulting and absurd. I read her grooming card on file as well as read the handwritten notes with my instructions dictated when my dogs were dropped off.   NEITHER
HAVE THE WORD SHAVE OR BUZZ CUT ANYWHERE!  It will take months for my beautiful dog's coat to grow back. My dog is registered with Bobbi Colorado & the Wild Bunch, an animal talent agency and has appeared in televised commercials. I will not be able to accept any offers for her since her appearance was drastically altered. I was NOT OFFERED AN
APOLOGY despite how emotionally upset I was!
I refused to pay for this horrible botched grooming job.

We have used them for 5 years. They are wonderful.

WELL

My dogs bark and wiggle 1/2 mi away. They are so anxious to go play. Kim and crew go out of their way for any service. But the biggest is LOVE. They say hi to the animal first. There is outdoor fencing, boarding quarters next door. I have been coming here for 20 yrs. The grooming price for small dogs is $50. That seems to be the usual rate. But the love the animals get is priceless.
