Couldn't fix it it, I feel I was over charged for service and a Flash drive. Trying to contact Nate to share thoughts and better understand the charge breakdown by email (5) and phone calls for a week. Zero response Charges might be accurate, but never discussed ahead of time. $ 49.00 initial fee was to be used towards final bill......was not. I just want someone to call me back. Very poor customer service practices.

"The internal hinge connections had completely disinigrated inside this computer. We actually performed an extensive Diagnostic ($99), even though we only charged a basic diagnostic($49). The only way to repair this computer is to replace the outer frame, which the customer did not want to do. Instead, they decided to do a different service, data transfer to a flash drive. Now, I have to remove the drive and mess with data, that is why they were not credited for the diagnostic. Why should I receive the same amount to do a data transfer, vs a data transfer and complete hinge assessment, that's twice the amount of work. Our prices and terms are listed right on our website. We make the prices for the flash drives not the customer. How is it possible to overcharge for something? We do not price match Amazon. The customer picked up the drive with all his data, the computer which could not be put back together again without replacing the parts, and paid the invoice. I figured everything was completed and they were fairly satisfied given the situation. Apparently, the customer calls later to complain about paying $79 for the flash drive and not receiving credit from the diagnostic. It was extremely busy, I'm sure that's why the call was missed. We attempted to call him upon noticing his complaint on Angi, but apparently he is now too busy to return our call, or simply satisfied that he was able to complain about it. Either way, it would be nice to have a conversation and apologize for any inconveniences."

Extremely professional and willing to come by after his last scheduled call for the day, at 7:30 pm on his way home. Really nice guy, very knowledgable. I ended up signing up for a regular remote maintenance plan to avoid the potential of future emergency calls. He didn't push the service, just gave me the details when I asked him if there was any type of maintenance service.
