Furniture - Sales
On 11/26/06 Ordered 1 wicker sofa, 2 wicker rockers, all with upholstered cushions plus 2 matching metal tables. Delivery was promised for 12/24/06. 1 sofa, 1 rocker and 1 table with temporary cushions arrived 12/22/06. In late January, 7 of the 8 cushions the remaining chair and a non-matching table arrived, That is status quo for 2/14/07. Promises of delivery too numerous to relate came and went. If the manufacturer and Naples Patio had intended to show bad service and lack of credibility, they succeeded. No one at Naples Patio was interested or concerned, And, we have paid for it all.
