This is in response to a previous review. We finally did get a response from the owner who sent someone to address the issues we had with our replacement windows. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be fixed and we are very happy to finally have issues resolved.

Everything was going great .. Windows were installed, but they had to come back and add the faux window bars, to meet the Association code, and put in plugs in the holes they drilled in the jamb to mount the window.
Windows were checked for proper installation by the county and passed. I was told again that they would be back and add the faux window bars, and put in plugs in the holes they drilled in the jamb to mount the window.
They came back and installed the faux window bars but the plugs were not installed.
3 times I was told that it would be done and as of 01/04/15 it has not been done. I called to set up an appointment and was told that "the windows I had purchased did not come with plugs and they had to get them from a third party". I don't care about where they come from, it was what was promised and the work not completed.
Several emails were sent and all I got was conciliatory responses of "you can trust us".
Update: 01/05/15 - Naples Glass & Aluminum came out this morning and put the plugs in. Therefore I raised my ratings. If I did not go through the plug problem they would have gotten a higher rating.
