My 2018 Porsche Macan is back to looking like new. I got three estimates, two that were from companies recommended by people I knew, and one from Robin Shrock who I found on Angie's List. I opted for Robin's company, Naples Body and Fender, because his price was better than the others, he seemed straight forward and honest and I like that he is a small local business. The work was completed promptly, the final cost was the same as the estimate, the work is flawless. Robin was a pleasure to work with.

Robin and his crew were amazing. The first thing that they did when I arrived for a quote was to get down look all around and temporarily fix the disconnected rear fender piece so that it connected back to the car and would not leave a big open space for rain to get in. Their quote was very competitive, they took the car on time and fixed it within the time they said. They are artists in getting the car to be back to new. I am very pleased. If there was an A++ I would award them that. Thank you Robin and team.

Someone hit the back bumper of my 2011 Escape in the grocery store parking lot and left. Also there was a bracket for the front plate. I removed the bracket which left 3 ugly screw holes in the plastic front bumper...
I went to Naples Body & Fender because of the great Angie's List reviews and I was very pleased. Rob greeted me and we discussed what needed to be done. We decided to pull the rear bumper cover and they would fix that overnight and I would come by the next morning to get the front bumper fixed. Before I left Rob trimmed and filled the screw holes on the front bumper so the body filler would set up over night. I live in Cape Coral (about an hours drive with traffic) but I drove the extra "mile" because of the their Superior reviews. When I got there the next morning Rob gave me the keys to the shop pick up truck and filled me in on local attractions.
By the way, the rear step on the bumper had a nick in it from a garage door mishap with a corresponding scratch in the paint below and there were other scuffs and scratches on the rear bumper too. I had purchased a new step from the dealer but quickly realized I didn't have the knowledge to remove the old one. Rob didn't have a problem taking the part and attaching it before reinstalling the whole rig back on my little Escape.
Bottom line: The car looks like new. I took it into the Dealer a couple of days later for its 6 month body protection reapplication. The service man said they usually charge the customer for cleaning the car before applying the paint protection but he could tell I took really good care of my car so they waived the cleaning fee.

They were good and they do work quickly. They are inexpensive. The price was fair and we were happy with them.

Left the car for the day when I got back in the afternoon it was done. You could not tell where the dint was.  Great price, great service.

I called Naples  Body and Fender on a Monday to bring my car in for an estimate on what it would cost to repair the bumper damage I had incurred through a collision with some object on the surface of an interstate highway.  I had the completed estimate and an appointment to leave the car for repair by midmorning.  I took the car in two days later and took delivery of the repaired vehicle the following day.  The repair required replacing broken or missing bumper parts and the various other steps to returning an unblemished car. 

Done!  They did an outstanding job in a day and a half.  The car is like new so there is no remnants of the severely damaged bumper. 

Unfortunately, this is the second damage I have received on a car in the last year and a half.  I used Robin Shrock and his team at Naples Body & Fender to repair both vehicles.  They do great work!

Hopefully, I won't need to but I would use them again...no doubt.

Everything was incredible, from start to finish, the truck now looks fantastic!

I accidentally dropped my scooter on the back of my dream, cherry SL550 (don't ask).  I checked Angie's List and Naples Body and Fender went to the top.  All A's.  it almost seemed almost seemed too good to be true.  I went to the shop and although it was not much to look at the owner met me out front and was great. He wrote up the estimate and i could not believe the price.  
I brought it in two days later and picked it up the next day (yes the next day).  It looked fabulous.  Then he gave me the price and it was $300 less than the estimate because he was able to avoid painting the fender by doing some touch up.  I couldn't even see where he did it .  
If  you don't go to him you are crazy!

They are the only shop I talked to that actually provided options on parts used, but even without the after-market parts they were the least expensive bid by about 20% based on their lower labor rates and low overhead.
Got the estimate one day, they ordered the part, set an appointment, lined up a rental car. I brought my car in the morning two days later and had it back that afternoon.

we went by to get an estimate and they went ahead and put in new clips and fixed the bumper. Great work. Great fair price.

Naples Body and Fender did a great job repairing my damaged front fender. Price was very reasonable and the service was excellent. I highly recommend this business and will use them again if needed.

I got two prices for this job (the other a non-Angie's List business), and Naples Body and Fender beat the price of the other company, AND ALSO said it was a one-day job. The other business told me it was a 2-3 day job, which meant I would have had to rent a car. I was able to get an appointment quickly, and for the exact day that was most convenient for me. I dropped the car off at 8:00 AM, and they gave me a ride home. Seven hours later, I got the call that my car was finished! Amazing! An employee came to get me in my car and drove me back to the business so I could pay. Not only was the trunk dent beautifully repaired - you would never know there was repair work done on it, it looks perfect! - but they also were able to save the lettering of the car make, which they initially said might be too time-consuming to peel off and stick back on. This was all done for the initial quote, even though I'm sure it took them some time to remove and replace in an exact straight line. I'm very happy that it looks great and was a LESS THAN one day job! I'll definitely use them again if I back into any more trees!

I went to Naples Body and Fender because my car's bumper and grill were bent and detached from the car. The grill was bent.
My first impression was that I in a good place. I was greeted warming. The mechanic showed interest in my problem after thoroughly examining the car. He also explained WHY my car had the problem (first time ever) and assured me it could be fixed and the work guaranteed for a life time. He estimated the cost for me.Then he took the time to do a temporary fix reattaching my bumper. Ordering the parts required one day and the labor could have been done the next day but I arranged a different day. When the work was completed it turned out to be less than half of the cost estimate I had got from one of the national chains that does car body work. I felt I had found honesty, a fair price and expedience. For women that are handling their car problems alone, this is the shop to trust for excellence. You will not be take advantage of but treated well. I heartily recommend NAPLES BODY AND FENDER.

Someone backed into my car and scraped the paint. I got several quotes...Naples Body and Fender made me feel most comfortable. They were able to schedule me at a convienient time, removed the rear bumper and repainted it. I took the car in and had it back the next day. It looks like new!

After, going to two national chains here in town, was disgusted with the quotes. It was like you drive a Mercedes, you must be made of money!!! Went on Angieslist found Naples Body and Fender, because of their and quot;Aand quot; rating and great reviews. . A LOCAL owner, acting as a local company!!! Quote was 1/3 of the National chains. The Mercedes came back looking as though nothing had happened!!! Beautiful condition!!! Timely, as promised and would recommend this local company to anyone and any model of car that you need body work on!!! Fabulous job!!! Professional, fare, honest and great down home people to work with!!!!

They even had Enterprise Rental Car pick me up for a day rate of $35.00 a day, while my car was repaired over two days!!! That is service!!!!

The work was done and it came out outstanding. You could not see where the problem was. He also pointed out that the other side of the bumper had separated and fixed that also (at no extra cost) and then washed the car before I took it home. I am very satisfied with the work and the estimate process. It was all handled professionally and efficiently. I hope that I never have to use Naples Body and Fender again, but if I need body work on my cars, I will definitely visit them again.
