In August, I had one of our central A/C units (7 years old) stop working. I received a quote from another vendor for $9256 who insisted that the unit needed to be replaced. Craig from Naples Air Conditioning replaced the fan & condenser for $162 and it works great!

Very nice guy, got our AC fixed within an hour, and didnt charge us anything extra for after hours.

He and his workers were punctual, efficient, polite, considerate, and they cleaned up so entirely that I would not have known they were in the house. This is the second AC unit they have replaced for us and I will call them whenever I need service.

They installed our new A/C a couple years ago and everything was fine for about a year. When I had an issue, they came out and inspected it. The coil in the condenser ended up developing a pin hole. Dale and Craig ordered a replacement under warranty and came out to replace it. They were held up at a previous job but showed up and stayed until the my job was done. Everything was handled under the warranty of the A/C unit and I would definitely call Dale and Craig again.

I arranged to have Craig, the owner, come to our condo on 1-5-13 to give me an estimate to replace our 14 year old air conditioner and air handler system. When he came for the 1-5 meeting, he reviewed our system and gave us an estimate to replace it. He reviewed other units in our condo association that he had worked on and what they installed for a replacement. He gave us several options and described the pros and cons of each one. We decided on a Lennox system and arranged to have him install it on 1-10. Craig and his crew arrived on time and completed the job in the amount of time he estimated. We are very happy with the system thus far and found his price to be very competitive. He was very easy to work with and explained everything to us. We would recommend him.

They showed up on time and did the job well. The final bill was the estimate cost. He was true to his word.
