McKenzie was a super pleasant and knowledgeable guy. He solved all my issues. I had one outstanding item that I was waiting on a cable to arrive but it wasn't delivered in time for his visit. Unfortunately the cable didn't resolve the issue. I have since called and texted McKenzie with no response. If he would return my call I would have rated him 5 stars across the board. I would definitely hire him again if I can get a hold of him.

McKenzie set my entire house up with security cameras, home entertainment system, ring doorbell, and all used through my Alexa. He also saved me money with my Cable company. I am not tech savvy and McKenzie took the time to walk me through the procedures several times without hesitation!! I would highly recommend him.
