There was nothing really overwhelming about them but they were fine. They arrived on time and their price was fair but they were not the cheapest. I would recommend them. They were a little bit hard to reach. The quality of their work was good.

The only problem with them is that they only repair items that their company sells. They did come out and repair an appliance for me that their company didn't sell, but it took a lot of arm-twisting to get them to come and do it. They knew what the problem was right away and were able to repair it quickly and easily. The serviceman really knew what he was doing but they were insistent in telling me that they only repair products that their company has sold to us. I think that they just don't have the service people to accommodate the products of other manufacturers.

Very smoothly. I had specific price and options in mind when I shopped. My first impression was that Mullets was going to be too "high end" for my budget. Instead I got useful advice on models without pushing me over my budget. Delivery and installation went very smoothly.
