Appliance Sale
The service person replaced the ice maker with the old one from the dented door and that did not help either. And today, we had the service person come out again (4th time) after being "put off" in December due to a large volume of service calls.
Today, we were told we need to follow Whirlpool's recommendation and "shim" the freezer door. And if that doesn't work, it will be up to us to contact Whirlpool and deal directly with them.
If this were my business, I would bring out a brand new refrigerator and replace the one that is frankenstein'd together and deal with Whirlpool from the inside, making my customers satisfied--finally--after all this time. We paid a lot of money for this refrigerator and we were a referral to Mullets by some friends. I think Lowe's would treat us much better than this.
