They spent 2.75 hours for 2 hours to clean and 3 bed, 2.5 bath. One bedroom needed blankets spread out, sheets and pillow cases all already on, bedrooms needed dusting, light cleaning in all baths, vacuum and mop floors all over. No laundry. They had time to make 5 kleenex boxes pretty, and write their names in my fridge magnets going over the 2 hours I requested (apparently I didn't use the right words to say you cannot exceed 2 hours. I said it wouldn't take more then 2 and they repeated 2 hours was the minimum charged and I said ok). My mistake here but they never said I had to say you cannot go over x time and I thought I made that clear. The top of the fridge and microwave in kitchen were not clean and they did come out and clean those again. Will not use again given they didn't do that great of a job and unprofessional to waste my money playing with fridge magnets and making designer kleenex when they missed obvious things they could have been cleaning. I didn't want to spend $98/he on those things.

The cleaning service responded promptly to all my phone calls,  arrived on time, were polite, and did an adequate job.  I have a small 3 bedroom ranch and I requested they not clean my 3 bedroom (I had already cleaned that room) and they were at my home for approximately 1 1/2 hours (2 women).  The down side of using Molly Maids is that they are very expensive.  They charge by the hour and are not particularly speedy.

It went okay.  There was minor breakage which was frustrating.  The items were small but impossible to replace.  These were uniques item that were old.  What can I say?  Frustrating.  Two ladies worked a full two hours.  I really needed the help and they were there.

They showed up with no cleaning product. It was terrible. They were really terrible. I would not recommend them. They were expensive. There was no quality as they showed up with nothing. I would not use them again in the future.

This company did a horrible job in cleaning my home. On the first visit they neglected to clean my laundry room area. On the sond visit I came home to find my Siamese cat locked in the closet, crying for help. She was so upset that she scratched the carpet under the door off the floorboard. Negligence and cruelty to defenseless animals is unacceptable. If have animals or care about animals do NOT use this service and encourage others to NOT use this service either. Needless to say I will NEVER use them again.

"Member, You know what you have said isn't true.You didn't pay us a penny. You said you were happy with your initial deep cleaning except that we neglected to clean your laundry room which you did not pay for. Your cat was hiding in the closet on our 2nd visit to your home. Unfortunately the ladies closed the closet door when they cleaned the room. Our employees left at 5:00pm and you returned before 6:30pm. Of course it was an accident that your cat was in the closet for maybe 90 minutes. We all love animals and would have never done such a thing with intent. Let's be clear on something, you didn't pay us anything for the $360.00 worth of services that we provided you. Your threats to report us to the Police, Better Business Bureau, etc is ridiculous and you know that. It's unfortunate for us that with hundreds of satisfied customers for 7+ years of providing excellent qualty services to our community that you would say so many terrible things about our company that are clearly not true. we had new laminate floors put down in four rooms and there was dust everywhere from the job..
the molly maids arrived on time and were very professional. they went above and beyond what i expected.
they sent three people to do the deep clean i requested and were here for 3 hours and didn't stop working.
the house is sparkling and i more than satisfied. i will definitely use them again.

I live in Illinois, and I interacted with them when I was in Florida. I did not have them clean because I was leaving, but I got the estimate for a coming time. I set up an appointment with Wendy to give me an estimate. She showed up on time, did a walk through with me, and wrote up a quote on the spot. I contracted the company for an initial cleaning which we scheduled for the following week. The cleaning took exactly the amount of time Wendy had estimated and my townhouse was spotless. I continue to use the the service for bi-weekly cleanings for 8 months now and intend to continue to do so. Usually, the housekeepers go about their cleaning uninterrupted while I am at work, but recently my daughter was at home from college on the appointed day. The housekeepers were so thoughtful to work around her (and her college sleeping habits). They still managed to get the entire house clean!

They are prompt, very thorough, and they do extra jobs when I ask it of them. The only problem is that they don't all speak English, so it can be hard to communicate. They are very efficient, and they do a very good job.
