Mister Screen

Never phoned me back. Only said that they were busy and would get back to me. I waited 1 month the first time and 1 months the second time I called. There will not be a thrid call.

We have a large screened in lain over our pool. He came over and talked with my husband. He redid the whole lain cage which is probably 50 ft. x 30 ft. My husband was very satisfied. He came out when he said he would be here. He gave us quotes for sections. He stood by his quotes. He was awesome.

Mister Screen was recommended to us from our property manager in FL.  I received a written estimate via mail prior to arriving in FL.  On the estimate, our appointment was confirmed for once I arrived however when the appointment day arrived he did not call or show which disappointed me.  He was very apologetic and did everything he could to make things right as we were only in FL for a short time.  Later in the afternoon on our appointment date, he called me back to let me know that he would be able to make it on that day and showed up within 30 minutes.  He was specific in pricing, professional and efficient.  He also provided some suggestions about the quality and material of our existing screens.  He really went into detail about how long the other screens will last and the new hurricane codes that we would need to eventually upgrade to.  We really appreciated the amount the information he was able to provide.  Mister Screen is one of the few companies our property manager knows that will replace/repair screens on the roof of the lanai.  Many companies will not go onto the roof or higher than the side walls.
