We were in search of a new mattress to replace a 25-year old one.  Because this bed is used only 3 months/year we didn't want or need the fanciest one available. Our salesman, Michael, did a good job of helping us determine the degree of firmness we sought and explaining the construction of the various mattresses.  He responded quickly when we named our price target and showed us several options in the requested price range.  Delivery and set-up was on time and efficient. 
The bed is very comfortable and we're very satisfied with our purchase; the whole process was quick and painless!

Amazing experience!

I purchased two top-of-the-line twin beds, at $1000 apiece, for our vacation home, just before Thanksgiving, 2012. The salesman said they didn't have the beds I'd chosen in stock; they had to be ordered and wouldn't arrive until a week later. I was not going to be at our vacation home until sometime in December and would call to have the beds delivered then. As it turns out, I was only at our vacation home on the weekend of Christmas, with no time for the beds to be delivered. In the meantime, I never heard anything from Mattress Firm for those two months, although they kept my money. On Wed. Jan. 16, 2013, I called Mattress Firm to ask for the beds to be delivered on Fri. Jan. 18. The same salesman who sold me the beds said my beds were no longer in the warehouse, since I hadn't called for them to be delivered in December. The beds would have to be re-ordered and not available to be delivered until a week later, when I didn't plan to be at my vacation home. The salesman sold MY mattresses that I had already PAID FOR, and then told me it was my fault for not having them delivered in December. He didn't offer any apology or accommodation, such as a discount on the re-ordered mattresses.
