MASSEY SERVICES/GREENUP LAWN TREE & SHRUB CARE

About three weeks ago, I noticed my trees and shrubs not looking too good.  Massey had just been at my house a week prior and left their usual note of "everything looks good, we applied the spray" and they left the bill.  I decided to get a second opinion.  I called another lawn company who was recommended to me, and a man stopped by the next day.  He looked around my yard and told me that my threes and shrubs were covered with white fly.  He showed me the problem, I had him spray.  My yard looked like it was snowing, that's how polluted my trees were.  I called Massey and fired them.  How they didn't see these, I have no idea.  And from what I have heard, it's a problem in Collier County, so wouldn't they have known to watch for them?  I was very disappointed, and would never recommend them to anyone.
