They come out and send me a report. I don't see them except initially when they come the first time. I am assuming everything is going ok, because I haven't had any termite issues.

I used them when I bought the house and still do. I've renewed once since then. They were very good as far as putting the traps down and stuff. It's one of those things I think where they have to come back and check them and see if the bait is being used. I haven't had any issues. I haven't had to call them at all. They come out when they need to.

Terrible! They neglected to treat the lawn properly, I had infestation of chinch bugs and I had to replaced the lawn. I informed them and they didn't do anythin about it. They also didn't do the weed control. Very poor service.

We had hired Massey to do three treatments only on our front lawn to get rid of weeds. We had planted 2000 Zoysia plugs back in September 2014 . They were quite healthy and thriving well. We were assured by Massey that no damage would come to the plugs, only eradicate the weeds.
After the first treatment we noticed a slight difference after 2 weeks. The treatments were spaced one month apart.
I am not sure what happened after the final treatment as our lawn had huge brown spots everywhere as if something was poured or leaked in certain areas. About 90% of my Zoysia plugs are dead . However we still have green weeds.
I had called and notified the people at Massey on several occasions and even got the Ft. Myers office once.
It took about a week for a response , which was" we didn't do anything that would kill your plugs. It was drought ",is what I heard as an explanation.
My sprinkler works every am faithfully. The weeds are flourishing. My herb garden, which is 2 feet away from the lawn that contains rosemary, basil, parsely, chives, peppers, tomatoes, jalapenos are ALL flourishing well. No sign of drought there.
I had requested that Massey replace my Plugs that were obviously killed but the culpability was denied.
I do know that mistakes are sometimes made and typically the proper thing to do especially forthright business people would be to replace my plugs, as most likely what had happened was that one of there personal on the last treatment used a different chemical

They do a nice job. If we need interim spraying for pests we call them up and they come out. We would recommend them to others. We are satisfied with them.
