They provided good work with fair prices. They were professional.

The work performed was excellent. Quality materials were used and the work was very professionally completed. I was not happy with their billing practice. They provided a bill with only a total; no hours summary or materials detail was included. Upon receipt of a revised bill I did receive a more detailed. bill. I was not sure that the hours were in fact appropriate. At the completion of day two the repair team disappeared and did not ask me to come out to look at the work or go over the time spent. I had to call them on their cell phone to see if they were done. Additionally, the workers ripped a lanai screen and I was billed for materials and labor to repair it. Work was completed in an excellent manner; but I do think the time incurred was very poorly documented. If using this service, and their work was very good, make sure to document the hours.

Great! Was really impressed with the quality of work, and how easily it was all taken care of. I have the highest regard for the honesty and integrity of this company. After an awful experience with another contractor, it was refreshing to work with such great people!

Arrived at designated area and met my husband to pick up ordered supplies. Was on time. Arrived at work place and worked steadily until work was complete.  Not the quickest I have met but very neat and did a good job.

The work was done very well.  The chandelier took several hours to install, plus the ceiling box to hold it had to be replaced, so I
thought the price was very reasonable for the amount of time and materials (materials were the ceiling box for the chandelier and one of the dimmer switches).  I will definitely use them again the next time I need a handyman, as I thought they were more reasonably priced for the quality of work than other services I used in the past.

This time we received a call in the morning and was told the guy would be here today instead of July 1st.
He replaced the insides of the tank.

At first it went well.  He showed up on time, very pleasant man.  In addition, we had another property that he worked on the same day.
A few days later the toilet did the same running it did before he fixed it.  Only once or twice.  Then, a day ago, it started running every few minutes to every half hour.
I called as soon as I could and was told the plumbers were out of the country until July 1st.
That was it.  We had to wait.
Received a call back a few minutes later to schedule the July 1st. date.
This is June 18th.  
Because we have an additional bathroom, we will wait.  I don't want to pay a bill for something that didn't get fixed right.
I was asked why I didn't call sooner...because it just started to do the steady running yesterday.
This has only been 10 days since the first repair.

It took an hour, and the service was good.

He's amazing. He's very patient and gentle with his response. He can really fix anything! He's customer-service oriented.

and performed the job with skill and dedication to detail. We couldn't be more pleased with the results and every person in the company was a joy to work with the entire time.

Mahoney's Handyman Services they did what we asked. I've used them again and they did a good job. I think they are trustworthy and fairly priced.
