Lynn's Cleaning Service

After her initial quote, for 2 bathrooms and a kitchen cleaning, the price seemed good; $100 for 4 hours, It took quite a few phone calls to get Lynn to respond to confirm an appointment time to come and clean.
Once confirmed, they were late arriving, and I found it was not Lynn but a worker named Doreen that would be cleaning for me. Lynn said she had hurt her back and could not clean, but would be back in 5 hours for Doreen.
Doreen spent all 5 HOURS in our master bathroom. Most of the time quiet, listening to her iPod, (which she asked for more batteries since it died). She came out for 2 small breaks and to shoot the breeze with me, and then went back to the master bathroom. I had asked at one time if she was going to work on the other bath, or the kitchen and she said and quot;yeah, I knowand quot;, and went back to cleaning the master bathroom.
After about 4-1/2 hours Lynn called our home phone since she could not reach Doreen on her cell phone. I told her that Doreen was still in the master bath, and had not even started on the kitchen or other bathroom. Lynn came over. Lynn said this has never happened. I said, well my dad is coming home from the hospital in a week and I need everything cleaned prior to him arriving.
Lynn said she would make it right, and come out herself at another date. I have left nine messages trying to connect. I paid the $100 (which since the contract was not fulfilled, I should not have paid it) and Lynn does not return ANY of my phone calls.

Lynn and her helper did an exemplary job of cleaning our condo from top to bottom including the lanai, windows, vacuuming etc.. She said that she was going to get into every nook and cranny and she most definitely did! Lynn was incredibly accommodating, self sufficient and caring about the cleaning of our condo. She was also flexible about rescheduling her appointment and was great coordinating her cleaning with the carpet cleaner, checking his work for us and checking to make sure that the key was left in the right place, the AC was adjusted and the doors and windows locked. Lynn proved to be a very caring, proficient cleaner and I am so glad that I discovered her on Angie's List. We live many thousands of miles away from our condo and I know that I can always trust Lynn to do a great job. She has always been extremely pleasant to deal with and I have had her since our condo was furnished and will continue to have her clean after each of our renters has left. We can count on Lynn and that inspires great confidence for us. I have booked Lynn for a cleaning after renters leave in April (2013) and she will have the added responsibility of washing all the linens, making beds and putting out fresh towels in preparation for our next renters. Thank you Lynn. Lynn has since cleaned our condo many times and does a great job every time. She is very conscientious about the linens as well. I count on Lynn to give me an honest report on what shape our condo is in after renters leave and I have been very grateful for her amazing loyalty to us. Thank you Lynn!

request for service was very last minute and Lynn went out of her way to
make the service happen for me and had to get one of her girls who was
not feeling so well to help out and they did a great job.

Lynn and Pam arrived at the set time and brought all their own cleaning supplies. I have a 4 br, 2.5 bath 2 story home and they worked for 4.5 hours cleaning. Both Lynn and Pam were very personable and comfortable to be in the house with. I highly recommend their services. They are set to come back to clean 2 times per month for me. The price they charge is a real bargin plus you will always get the same ladies since they are a small company,

UPDATE 07/24/12 - Lynn's Cleaning has received a slight downgrade from me. I have to post this so the next Angie's List customer will know the details. While they still do a great job cleaning at a very reasonable price I have been frustrated the last two times Lynn's has cleaned my house. Problems: Using vinegar to clean marble floors (still have spots in finish), almost used tile cleaner on wood floors (caught this just in time!), things are not put back in place (minor, but frustrating), unplug things to use outlet and don't re-plug them (WiFi network went down in house due to extender being unplugged), sometimes too rough with delicate things (broke crystal on a lamp), missed cobwebs on floor lamp shade (large web, had to be older than 1 month), missed scouring kitchen sink (claimed she had done it, obviously not done because tea stains still visible, she happily re-cleaned, but did a lousy job and I had to re-clean sink.) I will still use Lynn's for now since they are still a bargain for what they do. I know no one is perfect, and another cleaning service will likely have ups and downs. Today I am going around the house labeling things (and quot;DO not unplugand quot;, and quot;For tile onlyand quot;,), and will and quot;Lynn proofand quot; the house before the next cleaning day.

UPDATE 10/25/12 - Lynn' Cleaning has improved their work since my last review. She let one employee go and what a difference in the atmosphere! Lynn and her helper are very pleasant and efficient. I think the learning curve is over and I have been happier. Lynn's Cleaning is the best service for the money in town!!!

Came on time and did good job of housecleaning. Worked very hard and willing to do whatever asked to do at very reasonable cost.

It turns out we live in the same neighborhood. She was very pleasant to have in my home and will be coming back.

SHE WAS ON TIME HAS A GREAT ATTITUDE AND MOST OF ALL DOES A THOROUGH JOB. ALSO AFTER SHE WAS DONE WITH JOB SHE CALLED NEXT DAY TO SEE IF SHE MISSED ANYTHING OR IF I WAS SATIFIED WITH SERVICES
