Luxor Stone

The whole process was very easy.  We had interviewed a couple of other providers but felt most comfortable with  Juan Carlos (JC) Gomez of Luxor Stone who came highly recommended by an appliance dealership.   On his first visit, JC measured the kitchen and gave us a firm price.  He then came back a couple of days later and made a template and we discussed the different Edge Profiles that were available.  There were several that were included in the quoted price, but we decided to pay a bit more and go with the Ogee Profile.  The next step was to meet JC at the Slab Warehouse and select our slab.  He was very patient as we walked up and down the aisles several times and helped us pick a slab that would work with our cabinets.  About a week later, JC and his crew came back and installed the countertops.  They did a beautiful job.  The Ogee Profile was definitely worth paying extra for.  It looks really great.  The countertops curve around, rather than having sharp edges and the breakfast counter was widened.  There is one seam in the whole of the granite and you can't see it unless you look hard.  There was enough left of the slab to replace the countertop/sink in the guest bathroom, for which we paid an additional $375.00.  Once the crew had finished the installation, JC came back and looked over everything carefully to make sure all was in order.
We would highly recommend Luxor Stone and would use them again in the future.
