In fact, this time he was also very helpful in giving me professional guidance regarding the purchase of a new piano. His insight and recommendations are very much appreciated. As a consequence, I was able to make a confident choice of make and model and the new instrument was delivered a few days ago.

Description of Work: Ludwig tuned my piano and detected a repair that was needed for a sticky key. The repair of the sticking key required removal of the entire action of the piano. Ludwig performed that step so he could replace the center pin on the key in question. His service solved the problem.
