Quote done on phone from estimator's home with children playing in background; and I sent email pictures. Stated no personal inspections. Estimate was "about $8000" with only a very brief email description, stating products would be basic quality only . Stated would need permit paid ~about $2000 additionally. Would take 6-8 weeks for permit. Would not cooperate with USAA insurance. Wanted specifics about my address 3 different times not just the neighborhood location. I believe some of the info provided may be correct. However, I would never purchase anything lacking accurate detailed verification of costs when the price is in the thousands. The experience was as if I was at the McDonald's Drive-Thru for home repairs.

Terrible. The project was paid in full Dec 2014. The cupboards were delivered in Jan 2015 and the stove and microwave removed and installation not completed until late Nov 2015. The work was finally completed Feb 2016. A detailed summary given to Lowes Customer Care with no compensation for all the problems, delays and poor quality workmanship. In fact a detailed 60 page report, including video of problem issues delivered to CEO Robert Niblock with no response

The service was good. They came out, measured, then they went back and did whatever they had to do. About three weeks later I got the oven. They did a good job, installed it and it was a done deal.
