Staff at store entry were very helpful in directing us to aisles where supplies were stored.  Staff in aisles were very knowledgeable in locating products and supplies and offered alternative solutions for completing projects quicker and more inexpensively.  Ceramic tile backsplash, lighting fixture recepticle, switches and outlet connections and various other connecting products and tools were items that were in our projects.

We searched numerous outlets looking for satin nickel knobs and pulls for our new kitchen cabinets; the one place that had sufficient quantities, good pricing and best selection was Lowes on Naples Blvd.  The location of their selection was also conducive, as it was next to the kitchen cabinets themselves, instead of in the hardware aisle; this allowed for an easy comparison with the door fronts that we used in our house.  They also had special pricing for Veteran's Day, which allowed us to save 10% on our purchase :-)

It worked out fine. The man had to really work to get it to fit. He showed a lot of dilligence in doing it. He was quite competent. He had a lot of experience and was able to handle this problem and he did a good job.

They answered all my questions promptly and followed up right away with estimates for the carpet installation. The price was higher than expected. They were very polite and respectful. They showed up on time and finished sooner than I expected. They properly discarded the old carpet and cleaned up their mess. They did an excellent job.

They delivered the fridge and removed the old one. However, there was a problem because the old one had an ice-maker and the new one doesn't. They seemed to do a good job connecting the plumbing, but after they left, the cold water did not come on in the kitchen. We tried to contact the deliverymen through their cell phones, but they did not return our calls, and as we were leaving for our home in Massachusetts in two days, we had to called a plumber to get the water running properly. My husband called an Angie's List recommended plumbing/electrical service, which was a bit high priced, but they came immediately and fixed the connection."
