I met with the trainer to discuss what I wanted to achieve.  This went well I thought but he took me through a training session and when we were done he gave me several options to buy a training package.  I declined as I wasn't interested in purchasing a personal trainer at this time.  I was still hoping to receive some training on the machines as I had not been to a gym in 5 years ( had told this to the trainer).  I tried contacting the trainer several times but my calls were not returned (even offering to pay for a session) so I gave up trying  and have been winging it on my own.  I have noticed this gym also does not have the equipment used put back in it place making many tripping hazards as well as possible injuries to clients who try to put things back to use the equipment or just not use the equipment.  After signing up I saw on the web site they offered one week free trial, I wish I had done this.  I will continue to go as the gym itself is convenient for me but am disappointed in their customer service, client care and friendliness.

They have a lot of amenities and good equipment. They are clean and have friendly staff.

Although we do not often use the extensive weight room, we do participate in group fitness classes (yoga, total tone, body pump, body flow) which are led by well-trained, knowledgeable, experienced, and personable instructors.  Our membership allows us to utilize both Naples facilites which expands the options to fit our busy schedules. We received excellent value in terms of service for the monthly fee.  My wife signed up for additional personal training instruction, as she was new to using gym equipment.  Her trainer was accessible, knowledgeable, and professional.  The only reason the professionalism is a B instead of an A grade is that I do occasionally observe staff members behaving in a less than a strictly professional manner at times.  However, I realize that this is a gym, they are mostly young people, and nothing I have seen is disturbing or blatantly disrespectful, but is simply young people being casual at work.  All-in-all, I highly recommend Lifestyles to anyone.

I do weight training. My wife does aerobic exercises which include treadmill as well as other machines for the lower body and legs. They have a wide variety of fitness activities available like classes, dancing and swimming. It?s a huge club and is spread over 60000 square feet. I like the fact that there is no waiting to get on the equipment since it?s a large club and they have a variety. I don?t use a trainer, but my wife does. I have never had any problems with their customer service.
