After meeting with the owner Ken Atkinson on several occasions to discuss renovating my lanai, I knew he was the right man for the job, and he did not disappoint. Ken is hands down the most honest contractor I have ever had the privilege of working with.  From picking out materials to the design, Ken always answered my questions on a timely basis.   If I had to leave a message, it was always returned within 15 minutes. He put alot of thought into the design and I loved the fact that he always consulted with me on any change big or small. He took me to several of his completed projects to show me the end product. It really helped me to visualize just  how my lanai would look. He always had my best interest at heart and NEVER tried to sell me on anything I didn't want. Just the opposite in fact. If he felt something would not add to the value or the design, he would let me know. 
 Work started and I was miles away in WI. He would text me pictures on a daily basis of the progress, and usually follow up with a phone call. When the work stretched out over a holiday weekend, Ken called to let me know he would be out of town, and gave me a schedule of when work would resume. i cannot tell you how much I appreciated that! Work was completed on time and came in on budget. There were no additional costs , and the work exceeded my expectations! The workmanship was exceptional. They were EXTREMELY tidy and left the lanai in impeccable condition. 
I would not hesitate to hire Leisure Pools or recommend them to anyone. They are simply the best!

The repairman (Brandon) was excellent in his knowledge, experience, and ability to explain what he was doing.  There were many problems with my Lochinvar Energy Rite-2 which is a unusual gas heater in this part of the country.  Still Brandon was able to communicate with the manufacturer to gain insights to the problem, acquire hard-to-get parts, and solve the problems we had with the heater.  He gets my highest praise.  I would recommend his services for any pool/spa gas heater.

Leisure Pools of Naples maintains my pool, cleaning and maintenance of all equipment. Their service has always been tremendous! Last year they also resurfaced my pool and completely repaved my pool deck. Again their work was immpecable. I would recommend them without any hesitation

The resurfacing of our pool was done quickly and efficiently, at a very reasonable price. Our pool looks brand new now. The owner, Ken Atkinson was friendly and responsive. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
