Home inspection but missed multiple items some of which would not pass code. Unbelievable that so many items could be missed. When I called him to discuss my problems and his errors he hung up on me. Not only rude and unprofessional but lacks the knowledgeable to do this work

We were interested in buying a condo but were leaving town for several months. Mike Landry squeezed us in his schedule and expedited our report so that the loan could be approved. He was very thorough in his inspection, even finding missing mounting screws in a medicine cabinet. He was able to provide us a report via email the same day.
