It took them over 3 months to complete my LOMA costing me a refund of my federal flood insurance premium. It was just one excuse after another for why the did not get the work done.

I am a Realtor on Marco Island. I found myself needing to obtain an Elevation Certificate for a customers home purchase and I needed it within a day or two. I contacted Maxine at Land Point Surveys on a Thursday. Due to having a cancellation she was able to schedule it for the next day. The Surveying crew arrived on time (at 11:00 am), completed their work quickly and were able to get me a copy of the Elevation Certificate by email by 4:00 the same day. Maxine was even able to hand deliver the originals to me by 7:00 that same evening. I highly recommend Land Point Surveys.
