Two people came out to do the work and when I came back from work, they were just about done. I would assume they were here for a couple of hours. They left the place immaculate. There was no problem. The workers went right up over the roof.

This has been a long standing problem But unfortunately. I did not learn that this type of had these problems until too late. King Roofing has always been excellent in their ability to keep the roof from leaking. They make appontments quickly and at times most concenient for me. Their prices are very reasonable. I will continue to use their services.

Horrible. The people were discourteous in that they committed to take care of many mistakes and make it right, yet damage to my home was treated with apparent disregard. Management/ownership was not willing to visit the work site to appropriately address the damage caused. Some incidents included, employees falling off roof, shutting off pool plumbing (causing system to overheat), covering air intake of air conditioning(causing system to overheat) , leaving roof open to a down pour while the team took a break , failing to led in roof vent causing additional leaks. Solutions included wiping the ceiling with bleach to remove water stains, painting touch up with color paint that didn't match. Damaged (ripped panels) screens were eventually replaced (after fist effort was with screen that didn't match the product at the house) as well as stucco repairs when tiles fell off and damaged coping. Service team did come by after one of the two significant leak incidents during the replacement and was courteous. Mr King was not available to visit the property, and while a residential roof replacement is not a big deal to some, having rain pour into our lining room and master bath because the roof was not covered while the work team took lunch on the front porch through a rain storm, it was extremely upsetting and not consistent with any minimal service expectation. If that is irrational, then I guess we define things differently. I will say some of the team was nice and felt bad, and compliments if due were given as deserved for encouragement...

"I apologize for your dissatisfaction, but I have thousands of customers that would counter your comments. As you know we have had many emails going back and forth and it seems you were never available to address the items of concern which I might add were very minor in nature. We attempted to fix these items, but you denied us access to the property. You have been as irrational as I've seen in many years, being complimentary some days and completely insulting the very next day. By the way the contract was for $30,695.00 not $500,000.00 you posted. Thank you, Bill King, President King Roofing Service, Inc."

They did a very good job. Their price was moderate or reasonable. My husband dealt with them mostly. They came out on time, and they figured out what was wrong and fixed it. They were prompt as well.

They performed the work in the time frame which we agreed upon, work was very professional, end product is very beautiful. Price was one of the best from 5 estimates. Workers cleaned up every day and left property very clean.

They had to come back several times but fixed it when no one else was able to. My only complaint is they didn't respond thru Angie's List. I made direct contact with them.

I called King Roofing and another company late on a Monday. Both told me I would receive a call to schedule someone to make an on-site visit and provide an estimate for repair of an area from which a leak occurred early on Monday. I spoke with both companies again on Tuesday afternoon. Bill King of King Roofing offered to come by at 9:30 am the next morning (Wednesday). The other company left a voice message saying someone could come by at 9:00 am on Friday morning. I cancelled the Friday appointment and agreed to meet with King Roofing. Bill King showed up as scheduled on Wednesday morning, gave me an estimate, and I accepted it. Two workers arrived at 8:30 am the next day and made the repair. Although it has not rained since the repair was made I was impressed by their work and believe they did an excellent job. Everyone with whom I dealt at King Roofing were courteous and professional.

King Roofing was asked to come and give us a quote which they did the next day. We selected them and they were able to schedule the repair quickly. They did the job to our complete satisfaction. They showed up on time. They had a supervisor present at the start and also at the end of the two day repair to ensure that everything was done correctly. Their workers and work vehicle was neat and clean. They cleaned up the work site each day. King Roofing has been in business at the same location for 36 years. Their price was slightly higher but you get what you pay for which was a job well done and on time with no surprises. I would recommend King Roofing to anyone.

They did the estimate around Halloween. They were recommended to us by real estate agents in the area. Overall the experience has been very positive. They didn't pressure us at all. Their price was very competitive. They were very, very responsive and very punctual. We would recommend them and would have them give us another estimate.

The person came out and told me that it wasn't a roofing problem, it was a waterproofing problem. I had someone from a waterproofing company come out and they said it was a roofing problem - there was no flashing under the Spanish tile roofing! King completely missed the problem.

They have been in town for a very long time; it is not a new company. If there is a problem with my old roof they come and fix it. I spent $1000 on the last job they did. They are a good company that will make appointments around work schedules and when they say they are going to do something it is done. When I call them and tell them what needs to be done and it is done and they mail me the bill.
