Chris Ballor was on time. When he arrived he explained exactly what he was going to do. Chris was very nice, clean and pleasant. Would definitely use again.

Chris, the technician, was prompt, polite and got right to work. He was meticulous and thorough and pre-treated and then steam cleaned every inch, helping to move only the heavier furniture (on sliders) I hadn't already moved myself. He did more work more efficiently than the two Stanley Steemer guys I had here last year, and he did a nice job on an old carpet. Unfortunately, I thought the job was overpriced. They resisted giving me an estimate over the phone but finally relented and told me the job (for my two back bedrooms as well) would be between $300-$375. I was disappointed at Chris' firm price of $300 then, considering that I had decided not to worry about the bedrooms and had moved almost all of the furniture myself before his arrival. In short, was a $225-250 job. Hire them if you're comfortable paying a bit more than the standard competition. I have no gripe about the work performed.

Technician Chris was prompt, polite and got right to work. He was meticulous and thorough and was in and out in an hour. His service, and Kidds', was certainly an upgrade from my experience last year with Stanley Steemer, who charged about $125 for the whole house but whose two technicians didn't do as much as Chris did by himself. He did a good job with an old carpet.
I was unhappy about the price, since I was quoted $300/$375 for the entire residence, including two additional 11 X 11 rooms which I subsequently decided to leave alone. I just considered it a $200+ job and would have settled amicably for $250.
Therefore my recommendation is a qualified one; call them but insist on a firm price before they arrive.

A technician "cleaned" a brand new area rug and an antique area rug. He never spot tested. The brand new rug now has a huge white spot, about 12" in diameter. It's a dark grey rug. When I contacted them, owner came to house and said he'd try and find someone to spot dye the area. I didn't buy a $1,500 rug to then have it spot dyed because they removed the color. I have tried contacting them several times - nobody returns calls or will accept certified letter. Terrible experience and they do not stand behind their work.

Dave, the service representative was prompt, professional, helpful and listened for understanding of our needs. He did an outstanding job of cleaning our carpets. One aspect of the cleaning was to focus on a spill area that was very persistent and prominent. Only an eye that is aware of where the stain was located could find it now. Definitely will have Kidd's back for future carpet cleaning needs.

We had since then got rid of the carpet and in our bedrooms and we had replaced all the other carpet with hardwood. They looked great but the stains came back quickly. They were on time and originally it looked like a great job until the stains came back but I can't blame that totally on them.

I have used this company in the past and have always been extremely pleased with the quality of their service. I wasn't disappointed this time! I had a little confusion with my calendar and had to reschedule the original date. Chelsea was very helpful and cheerful in spite of me causing her extra work. Dave arrived exactly on time. He was extremely polite, friendly and professional. He measured the amount of work needed to complete my request and gave me a quote very quickly. After signing the paperwork he went right to work and finished the job very promptly. His shoes were covered with 'booties' and absolutely no mess was made in the house.
If there were a way to give this company an A+ for a job well done I would certainly do that!
