We are very happy with the end result - it is exactly what we asked for.  Greg and John at KGT are very professional and communicate well.  Since we were out of state for some of the remodel, the website with the calendar and pictures is great!  The work included a complete kitchen remodel, the master bath with some plumbing rearranged, the second full bath, laundry room, tiling the entire condo, leveling the enclosed lanai, etc.

 If you can have the demolition done when you are not living in the unit, do it. I didn't realize just how messy it was going to be. Pop, Greg's father-in-law,did his best to keep the dust at a minimum. If I ever do this again, I am leaving town for the duration.
 Before the painting begins, if you can find out whether oil based paints were used previously, it would prevent the lifting that takes place when latex is painted over oil. The areas need to be sanded and repainted with an oil based paint. 
 Otherwise, all went well. I am thrilled with the end result. The neighbors marvel at the openess now that the kitchen wall has been removed. 
  I am very appreciative of Greg's unending patience and marvelous suggestions. Because of the amount of experience he has accummulated, his ideas are practical while adding value in terms of function and attractiveness. Every day when I look around my home, I thank Greg for his contribution to my life in Paradise.

KGT did the design and a custom installation of book shelves and desk in our office.  They delivered exactly what we wanted.  The installation was completed on time and within budget.  We are very satistfied.

KGT was recommended to me by a friend on Gulfshore Blvd that had her condo completely gutted and remodeled by Greg. We are very satisfied with the quality of the kitchen and the professional work that Greg did. We have since recommended Greg to our neighbors and he has two more jobs in our condo complex on kitchen and baths.

Found KGT on Angie's List. This was a long distance remodel Chicago-Naples, FL. Talk to Greg and signed a contract in August, 2010 for 2 bathroom gut and remodel. I was not in Florida when this work was going on. Greg went along with our desire to pick out materials and misc. hardware in Chicago and have shipped to Naples. Bought cabinets, shower doors and plumbing fixtures from Greg. Talked a few times on the phone for clarification on some issues. Pretty much left it up to him and his judgment. Could have sent more pictures during the different phases of project. I believe the price was fair (just remodel 2 baths in Chicago in the prior 4 months) and the service was great. Having dealt with more than a few Florida contractors over the 23 years, he did what he said he was going to do and then some. The only glitch we had was there was a delay in completing the shower doors. Not a big deal but it added about 1 1/2 weeks to the completion date of the project (10/31/2010). One final point is that we have used other contractors for other work in our condo (new kitchen remodel) and by far, Greg and his team are the best I've come across in the Naples area.

Greg the contractor provided detailed quotes and specific scope of work. He supplied and supervised his crews and accomplished the job on a timely basis. We developed complete confidence and trust in Greg's ability and performance.

The contractor was a very nice man to work with. I really appreciated that he kept a close eye on what was going on. The work is very good. The price was fair. He was very responsive.

He installed built in cabinets in my dining room. They installed two new fans in our bathroom. He does very good work.

I couldn't be more pleased at professional, honest,quality work. Excellent follow up. everyone who sees it loves it!

Great! Not only do the doors look good but Greg did not damage the existing exterior plaster.

I called Mr. Ulry in early Feb. before my cabinets came in. He made an appt for 9 a.m. and arrived right on time. His appearance was very professional. He looked over what needed to be done and said he would email me an estimate. It arrived 2 days later and was easy to understand and more than fair. I contracted for him to start on March 9 and he said it would take approximately 2-3 days. He and an assistant arrived at 10 the first morning and at 9 the next day. He finished early the third day. He contracted with another company to install the countertops and they did so on the fourth day. His work was done exactly on schedule. It is very hard to find a qualified contractor willing and able to do remodeling in an "older" model Mobile home. He showed no qualms about tackling the job. We couldn't have asked for more. If we need more work done, we will use him. I have already recommended him to neighbors and friends.

Greg was professional, punctual and helpful. Provided excellent guidance with selections. Did work while we were away and provided pictures as work progressed, via e-mail. Job areas were clean and neat on our return. We were very satisfied with (all) aspects of the project.
