I first went to Naples in October with a friend who had purchased a ccndo several years prior.  She introduced me to Kathy.  Kathy took me around during the few days I was there and showed me a number of units that were available.  She also helped me understand that my goal in finding a suitable investment was achieveable.  I did not find what I was looking for at that time, but Kathy stayed in touch and sent me other possiblities.  One that she sent me was a short sale that I liked so I put a bid on it.  It took a number of months to go through the process with Kathy helping me as my offer was accepted by the sellers and evenually the bank.  Unfortunately, one of the lien holders did not come to terms.  It looked as if I would not get the condo, so Kathy found another one that I liked and my bid on that was successful as well.  I also countered on the first property which was also accepted.  In the end, I got my first choice due to Kathy informing right away that that bid was accepted as well.  We closed and Kathy helped me find a tenant within the first couple of weeks.  She also helped me as I got the unit ready and the papers were signed. 
      I found Kathy to be very helpful, concerned and hard working.  She is friendly, a good listener and persistent without being overbearing.  She is detail oriented and a great person to have on your side.  She is professional and by the book.  I highly recommend her if you are looking to buy a property in Naples.  Kathy likes to help and is good with people.
