Excelłant better than expected - Juan exceeded expectations

I called Juan after an hour had passed for our scheduled appointment today, Monday 3-9-2020. Juan's excuses were that the time change, which actually occurred yesterday, messed him up and he lost my number. Don't waste your time Juan.

I was disappointed, they started out good and then, I have no idea what happen but I was left with haveing to finish the rest myself, not to mention they had to use my neighbors tree trimmers... they jumped in their truck and left, they said nothing...

Never heard from them.

First he said 100.00 per month then raised it to 150.00 .after he looked at the yard. Did not show up on dates he promised . Cant get a hold of him . Called after Christmas to say I did not need his services any longer. Had to leave on a voice mail because he was on vacation.I was so dissapointed. My parents are elderly and I was trying to handle it for them.

Juan is dependable and careful with planting’s. He leaves the yard looking well groomed. I have tried and dismissed two other lawn services before finding Juan this year. I am very satisfied.

Clusia hedge job was absolutely wonderful. Juan now does weekly lawn maintence at our two properties, very prompt and reliable. Juan has also proven to be a very good handyman for miscellaneous jobs that come up. He is very good with tools, too.

Juan and his wife and crew (and sometimes son Eli) are all very gracious and polite. They show up when they say they will and text or call if they need to make a change. I liked them so much that now they are doing my weekly lawn maintenance. They made my previous lawn crew look pathetic in comparison.

Started well but have not heard from them in two weeks

I requested specific work to be done each time and my invoice was based on my requests. I am out of town most of the time and when I returned was very disappointed with what I came home to. I reviewed footage from my security cameras and saw that half the work requested (and I was billed for) was never done. My biggest request was to trim down new bamboo growth every time they mowed. It was never done, but was stated on my invoice. Pavers were to be sprayed for weed control. They never sprayed, only weed whacked over the pavers.
