Shower leakage causing damage to our wooden floor in the living room. When we found it, it was within the warranty period. In the beginning the owner said he would have it redo, but later he just asked a worker to do a little surface fix, which still couldn't solve the pan leaking problem under the tiles.

Excellent. Jordan Andrew Construction was quick to respond to hurricane damaged enclosure and saw to all of the details, including permit and drawings. Communication and administration were spot on as well. I would recommend this company.
