I am just getting around to writing a review for Hoppe Carpet Cleaning but Joel has cleaned different parts of our home for many years. He has cleaned the grout when we had tile floors (amazing), cleaned our oriental carpets (pickup and delivery), treated our fabric chairs, the list goes on. Joel knows everything about his business, he will always give you a straight answer and never try to sell you on something you don't need. I wholeheartedly recommend him.

It went very well. They just did the their job and I will rate them highly because they did what they were supposed to do with the carpets.

Great! He responded quickly to my initial call, showed up when he said he would, explained
what he could and couldn't do, managed expectations well, was careful with our furnishings, completed the job in a professional manner.

Arrived on time. Spent over one hour cleaning the carpets in three small bedrooms. Told me in advance what his service was cable of removing, and what could not be removed to set my expectations appropriately. The results exceeded my expectations and his price was very reasonable.

The rugs hadn't been cleaned in years. Joel and his assistant did a great cleaning job that was thorough and reasonable. The work was very professional and dine in a timely and caring manner. Joel was very honest about the condition of the area rug and did as best he could, which we found very satisfactory. Six months later and the rugs are looking good.

I worked with them by email mostly. According to my realtor, they arrived on time and did an excellent job. They sent before and after pictures. I was dealing with the owner who also did the work himself.

They were great. They were very upfront and honest about the cost. They were also upfront and honest about what they thought was good about money well spent versus something that we just had to do again. They were right on time and finished the job on time. The owner came out with another person and did the job. There were no complications with them. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

I have lived in the area for over five years and have used a number of recommended carpet cleaners. All were good but J Hoppe was great. Josh was very knowledgeable about carpet cleaning and did a great job. Answered all questions with insightful responses and just as important... uses "green" products.

He arrived on time and got right to work. Explained his method and how long it would take and how long it would take to dry. It was great - within about 2 hours after he left the carpets were dry. I will use him again and again.

We have some old furniture that definitely needs replacing but we also have a budget & schedule for doing so. Joel has cleaned our carpeting for us in the past (see previous report). He was extremely honest upfront about what he would be able to do & he explained the plant based solvents he was using. Every piece looks better than it did by a lot. I'm pretty sure he just bought us some serious time before replacement! He's honest, personable, prompt, scrupulous & a true professional through and through. He painstakingly explains everything before he does it. I heartily recommend him and will use his services whenever possible.

Joel was very professional and got here at the time promised. He was very informative on the procedures, and products to be used. When possible, he uses "Earth friendly products.
