Although somewhat of a lag time in the start due to the extensive damage done by hurricane Irma in our area - everything went very well. Jayson from DC Drainfield was very helpful, informative and knowledgeable. The actual outcome will have to wait for the rainy season to be in full force, but so far - excellent! A special commendation to his crew chief, Nestor, who made sure everything went smoothly and went over the top in making sure everything was just right. This was a big undertaking and I was skeptical at first, but once the whole project was started, it was finished in 3 days - the inspection was done and no issues were noted. An overall great job - Thank you JC Drainfield!!!

Highly recommend JC.  We've used them for years for maintenance but recently needed a new drainfield due to new addition and wear of existing.  The estimator came out promptly and did his best to work within our budget.  Once we agreed they came out within 2 days and had the job finished within 2 more.  The area was left graded evenly and job went as planned.

Septic tank needed to be pumped. Call J C Drianfield, after calling a couple of other companies and after being given a phone estimate that was 10 - 20 % less than the others, asked them when they could come out. We set up an appointment for the next day (the earliest available time). A couple of hours after setting up the appointment, they called and said that they could come out that day and could be there within 30 minutes (turned out to be less than 15) - a real god-send when you are having this type of problem. He pumped the tank and took the extra time and effort to break through a solid clog in the line from the house to the tank. Most people would not have done this. Have used them for 30 years and will continue to use them whenever needed.

The guy at J C Drainfield did an excellent job. He came to the house on time. He was very polite and helpful, and charged me exactly what he quoted me. He found the tube spots we have to dig up, cleaned out the whole system, and he explained everything to me.
