About us
A family run business since 2005. We specialize in residential home cleaning and handyman services. My wife handles the cleaning with 1 or 2 trusted employees, depending on the schedule that week. Long term customers are preferred, but we also cater to short term/seasonal as well. Handyman & residential home watch is done by my husband, evenings and weekends time permitting. Payment due upon completion of work. Monthly/annual invoicing for Home Watch service. We are properly licensed and insured for the services we provide. Free estimates.

Depending on the customers special needs, are welcomed for an additional fee., we clean the inside of your home as though it were our own. This means we also clean what you do not see. All furniture is dusted with miracle clothes, leaving no dust behind. Upholstered furniture is brushed, we have a dog, and carpets are vacumed. thoroughly. She dusts tops of mirrors and pictures.
Our home is perfectly clean when she is finished.
She has a key to our home and lets herself in if we are not here. We have a large dog and Irani has no problem with her, as she has a dog herself.
Mostly she works by herself and does not waste time, if she chats with me, she doesn't stop working. It takes her about 3 hours to clean our house.
Since we are here seasonally, we had her do a deep cleaning of the house before we arrived, including washing bed linens, mattress pads, etc.
She also performs "home watch" weekly for us when we are not here.
She is totally trust worthy and cleans several of our neighbors homes, as well . I highly recommend Irani's Brazilian Cleaning Service.
She was arrogant, she sat down with her legs spread very far apart like a man instead of a lady. She wanted to charge me $200.00 and if I cancel she will asked for half that money which would be a 100 dollars. She stipulated she have insurance and she does not promise that she won't break something in the house. I was very scared to hear her say that. I told her if you break something in this house, I will not be able to replace it for it is one of a kind. She laugh and said accident happens.
She also said she will look at her schedule and call and never did.
"I had already replied to this review. I still have not gotten resolution to the poor grade that was not justified. Angies List still has not pulled the review as requested. Legal action will be next."
