Fernando & Marilyn were great to work with. We ordered hurricane accordion shutters for all of our windows, and hurricane electric roll down shutters for our lanai area, and our front door. The entire process from placing the order to installation was about 8 weeks, but we are in hurricane season!! The installers were Dave and Luis, and they did a tremendous job, and we are very happy with their work. The service was friendly, professional and on time.

Apparently motor got hot while they were working on shutter.I did not touch shutter until about 10:30 last nite. I was surprised to get a hum when i pressed the button release. After about 10 or 12 presses of the button release the shutter finally began to come down. Have had no further problem but will keep an eye on it. Other than that your boys seemed to do a good job.
