We did a years contract with them. So far, they've done what they said they would. The price could have been lower, I'm sure.

We are new to the area, and knew we would need pest control right away. We used Hughes, they came out and looked over the house and did not spray the inside. We were told that here they don't spray inside because it's illegal, and they will prevent bugs from coming into the home by treating the exterior. I was nervous about that but I had already paid so I figured I would wait and see if it worked. We started seeing more bugs after they came. My husband called and they came out to do a review before they would retreat. Now they are scheduled to come "retreat" today. I woke up to baby spiders coming in through the sliding door, so I am contacting another pest control company. Hughes told my husband that spiders can't be controlled in the house??? Isn't that the reason they are in business?

The first application cost us $150 and $40 each quarter thereafter. I was there when he sprayed; they sprayed inside and outside. I can't tell much about them. They were punctual, and I had no problem with that. Their price was probably pretty competitive, but I didn't shop around much. After they sprayed there was big spider above my door, there was a big cockroach.

We have a really big yard. They do a great job. They come very promptly and if you want to you can pay ahead and they can include you in a schedule. I am very happy with them. They have been very reliable.
