We are a locally, family owned and operated business since 2008. Mark Dussault, the owner of HRI is licensed in both A/C and GAS. HRI specializes in residential A/C repair and replacement as well as LP & natural gas fireplaces, fire-pits, pool heaters, and tankless water heaters. Financing is available. We currently have six (6) service vehicles to provide prompt, reliable service to our customers. We offer honest, expert answers and affordable solutions to your A/C and Gas needs. Our Comfort Specialists are trained to be attentive to your particular needs, not sell products or parts. We offer Planned Maintenance Agreements, which also offer additional discounts on products and services. Office hours are M-F, 8-5, but we also are available 24/7 for Emergency Services. I called for an appointment and they had someone here the following day. . They we at my home the moment they said they would be , He went right to work, completely disassembled the fire place changed the part he said need replacing . thoroughly vacuumed the fire box and components, re assembled it, put new embers in the appropriate places , cleaned the glass both sides,,and the air intakes. He noticed ," you dont have a remote" I had been told by other service people that my model would not accept one . Mark the service guy said that is incorrect and if I would like one he had one on the truck. An Hour later, job done! flame never looked better and all is good. at a price less than I paid for no solution ! The company also installs heat pumps and AC units . Based on the diligence displayed on this service call , I would Ask for a quote and feel very good about being in the best of hands. Use this company for the services they provide :You should be in the best of hands They ARE I think the last friend you need to make for the services they provide

Perfect! We are actually a supply house that provides HRI Home Rehabilitators with A/C equipment and supplies. When it came time to have work done in our show room, we turned to Mark and his team to get it done. They did a perfect job for us! On time, in budget, and done right.

After the warranty department approved the new condensers. We were back to having air. The tech, office manager, and owner were all very helpful and professional. They worked very hard to ensure I was getting what was promised!

I cannot begin to tell you how impressed we were with Mark. He showed up on time and was meticulous about his work.  He went above and beyond anything we expected. While he was there we were mentioning to him we had issues with our well system and he fixed that also! Not only did he fix it, he explained to us in detail how the system was supposed to work. He took a lot of his time to make sure everything was perfect. We were very pleased and will certainly use him again.
