House Doctors Handyman of Naples, FL

Although highly recommended, they were the worst contractors we ever used! Owner did not check work, had inexperienced subcontractors who made numerous mistakes which took a while to resolve (somenot resolved) , did not clean up, did not tell us when they were coming....and the list could go on for pages...Charged for things they did not do, and charges that were legit were exorbitant! Never knew when they were coming, and even when they said they'd come, did not-no show-no call. Although friendly not reliable or good workers.

This company has multiple Better Business Bureau (BBB) complaints filed against them. The only good part was the day they came out to give us a quote. They made a lot of promises and seemed legit. But after we agreed to the work there were nothing but delays and lies. The work that was performed was embarrassing. We had to get a specialist back out a few months later to re-do the work that House Doctors did. I would definitely STAY AWAY from this company.

Whatever needed to be done, they are very good about that. One person came out and he's always very good about whatever he needs to do. I can get an appointment for the next week. I have been using them for 2 years now.

I called them to have a window repaired.  I had to call twice just to get them to schedule an appointment.  They then scheduled one with a three hour window.  I rearranged my schedule for those three hours. No one showed up!  I called them to find out where the technician was.  Had to leave a message because they did not answer the phone and then they NEVER called me back.  If you actually want something done and do not want to waste your time, use someone else!!

We have used House Doctors on many occasions. He is our go to Fix-it guy. During a very bad storm recently we noticed that we had dripping from the ceiling in the kitchen. Just enough to fill a shot glass. I went up into the attic above were the water came out but couldn't find any water/leak. We called them to make an appointment. they were booked solid on this day. They called back soon after and said he was fairly close to our neighborhood and would be there in a couple of minutes. He went up into the attic and said there was no leak. It was just the very high winds (30+mph) that blew some rain up into our ridge vent in the roof which just happens to be right above the kitchen. It took him just 10 min out of his very busy day to relieve our stress and anxiety, and to that we are extremely grateful. I will keep using them and would recommend them to everybody. I actually have a couple of his business cards in my wallet for when someone asks me "If I know a guy who can......." 

They were on time.  Called before hand every time.  Payment was made easy with their nice office lady.  Clean up after themselves.  If there's an issue, the owner/manager of this location comes by to see if he can do anything.  They are willing to recommend others when out of their area of expertise.
Expensive, but quality work.  I have used them in the past and I will use them again in the future.

It went smoothly.  It only took him 20 minutes and the doors operate better now than they did originally.  I was very happy with the results.

House Doctors does a great job.  They are responsive, timely and provide high quality work.  We would recommend them highly to others.

They came the next day after I contacted them and he's been in touch with me ever since. He's a nice guy but I'm waiting for different quotes so I can compare. He was prompt, came right on time, thorough and gave me a lot of information though it took him a while to get back to me with the actual estimate that I kept bugging his life.

This group of PROFESSIONALS  went above and beyond what they had estimated to do.  They were clean, considerate and made sure there was no "mess" after they had completed the job.  We are senior citizens and we need someone  reliable to do small or large jobs inside and outside our home, and this company and their staff will definitely be our "go to " service people.  Thank you House Doctors for the pride that you obviously have in your work.  And thank you for being so good at what you do altho that sounds so pitiful and small for the tremendous service you provided.

They responded promptly and came as promised.  Daniel Zurbrigg and staff are very professional and extremely courteous.  He helped us design a plan.  Daniel even noticed and planned to bring us a new outdoor bench that he noticed was very dilapidated.  He found extra lights that he thought my mother would love and she did.  The day they came for installation, they called and came earlier than promised.  We had 2 other household issues that they took care of for us without question.  They exude confidence and we appreciate everything they did for us.  We've had several compliments from the neighbors on the job they did.  Their appointment handler, Diane is wonderful!  We would highly recommend this company to anyone and will certainly consider using them again in the future.
