Don’t care if he shows up on time and does what he is supposed to he will send a scumbag to your house with no experience and exspect you to be happy very unprofessional don’t hire him unless you want a junky or a low life scumbag at your house do not hire Derek Hoosier he is a scum bag like his workers

They unhooked sink and dishwasher and capped the lines professionally. I was concerned about our new deep sink with a disposal attached and was assured it would fit with no problem after he measured. When it came time to re-hook the new sink and dishwasher an apprentice showed up and it quickly became clear he was over his head. To his credit he realized this and didn't try to do something he wasn't prepared to do. He found that there was not enough room to hook up the disposal with the deep sink. He called his boss who was here originally and was told that he (the boss) told us there might be an issue with the disposal and the new sink, which is the opposite of what he actually told us. After 2 hours he had our faucet and drain working and that was all. We were pleased that we had a faucet and drain at least. The boss showed up a couple of hours later (didn?t call to say he was coming) but we told him that we were going to use another plumber to finish the job. Also, to their credit they didn't charge us for the apprentice fiasco. The apprentice told us that everyone was working on a big new construction job and they wanted him there as soon as he was done. We would?ve waited until there was time to come and do the job correctly but were unhappy with the way they tried to appease us with the apprentice and not be up front from the beginning. We liked everyone that we either talked to on the phone or came to the house but obviously not happy with the final result.

Showed up on time and completed the work as requested. Arbitrarily added $500 to the bill because the heater was in an attic even though it sits right at the top of the access area. Because I am running out of hot water prior to completing a shower I called them back to do a follow up service call. I have now called them three times and they have failed to show up three times. I have not received an explanation for their failure to return.

They showed up on time.  Installation was efficient.  The area was cleaned up after completion.  The technician showed me how to maintain the unit.  The charge was right where I expected it to be.

Company rep was responsive to my phone call and scheduled the work quickly. All work completed as agreed and on time. Workers were neat and made good suggestions to manage cost.

The guys from Hoosier were top notch. They were on time, obviously skilled, and worked hard. They determined the source of the problem and fixed it. My only complaint is the way the pump electrical cord was sloppily connected to the outside outlet (stretched to the point of bending the plug). The cord will need to be extended to allow for slack/drip loop.

They were good and I would use them again.
